In this interview we talk with Danielle LoDuca, an American woman from NY who converted to Islam during the aftermath of 9-11. While working on a project in college, she aimed to prove that all religions were man-made but after reading the Quran her school project went in a completely new direction and she ended up dedicating herself to the study of Islam.

Check out this amazing interview with Danielle, a sincere believer in God, wife and mother of 5, and health and fitness coach, whose hobbies include horseback archery!

About Danielle:

  • Converted in 2002, about 19 years ago
  • 41 years old
  • From New York, currently living in Florida
  • Is a Transformative Health and Fitness Coach. She helps women discover and build confidence in their own strength, so they can live their best, most vibrant, fulfilling lives
  • Enjoys horseback archery. Horses have made a huge impact on her and her personal growth
  • Loves reading and studying about neuroscience, horses and personal development
  • Passionate about empowering women to overcome overwhelm, and to live to their fullest potential.

Believes the state of our communities, societies and the ummah have a lot to do with the state of health and strength of our women, that if women realize their importance and value, our state of being as a whole will change. Women raise children, advise and support men and have so many powerful roles, but have been led to believe all too often that our roles are insignificant and limited. If we want men to be better if we want our communities to be stronger, it starts with women.

Danielle is passionate about helping others with their journeys to and in Islam. She's dissatisfied with some approaches taken by many mosques and tries to help individuals whenever she can so they can find the way that best works for them to learn and practice Islam.
